When we have something traumatic or impactful happen in our lives, we do not fully experience it because our bodies are primarily focusing on just enduring and surviving the trauma. Or sometimes, life in general can feel heavy, especially when carrying the weight of constant worry or a lingering sadness that can’t quite be shaken. Afterwards, we can find ourselves feeling elevated, experiencing repetitive negative thoughts, and just not feeling like ourselves. At our practice, we get it and we're here to help.
Here at Dynamic Healing Collective, we’re a growing team of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, depression, and the impacts from trauma. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve been before, we meet you where you are, with respect, curiosity, and no judgment.
Some of our therapists are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool that helps you process and reframe traumatic or difficult experiences without the need to constantly relive them or even talk about them. Other therapists offer deep, supportive talk therapy rooted in connection, insight, and practical tools to help you feel more like yourself again through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, and Solutions-Focused frameworks.
