Rates - Weekly and Biweekly Sessions

• $175 per intake appointment (50-60 minutes) 
• $150 per individual EMDR therapy session (50-60 minutes)

Rates - 6-Hour EMDR Intensives

• Weekday (M, T, W, Th)
  • Psychotherapy intake assessment and EMDR Phases 1 and 2 (90 minutes) - $275
  • EMDR Intensive sessions (3 hours each) - $555 per 3 hour session
  • Post-EMDR Intensive psychotherapy session and check-in (30 minutes) - $100
• Weekend (F, Sa, Su)
  • Psychotherapy intake assessment and EMDR Phases 1 and 2 (90 minutes) - $412
  • EMDR Intensive sessions (3 hours each) - $825 per 3 hour session
  • Post-EMDR Intensive psychotherapy session and check-in (30 minutes) - $137

Insurances I Accept

I currently accept Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Blue Care Network.

If I do not accept your insurance, feel free to ask about superbills for possible reimbursement.

I do not accept insurance for EMDR Intensives. You may submit out of network claims for potential reimbursement from your insurance plan. Any reimbursement from out of network insurance is your responsibility to manage with your insurance provider. Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. Credit card on file is required.

Insurance FYIs

Although we make sure to confirm your mental health benefits, please contact your insurance provider prior to your intake appointment to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• Is Stephanie Mewes a provider within my insurance plan's network?

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.
