- Priority Health
- United/Optum/Oxford
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans at this time even if it's through one of the insurances listed above.
We are unable to offer a sliding fee scale or reduced rates at this time.
If we do not accept your insurance, feel free to ask about superbills so that you may submit out-of-network claims for potential reimbursement from your insurance plan. Any reimbursement from out-of-network insurance is your responsibility to manage with your insurance provider.
Payment is due in full at the time of all appointments. A valid credit card on file is required.
Special note: Insurance is not accepted for EMDR Intensives or for Ketamine-Assisted EMDR TherapyTM sessions.
Insurance FYIs
Although we make sure to confirm your mental health benefits, please contact your insurance provider prior to your intake appointment to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Is my therapist a provider within my insurance plan's network?
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments are collected through the medical record.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.
