About Stephanie

Hello! My name is Stephanie (she/her). I am so glad you're here and am looking forward to helping you along your journey. Whether you are going through a difficult period or are looking to go deeper in your current therapy with a primary talk therapist, together we can tackle anxiety, trauma, and things life throws at us.

My goal is to help you take committed actions toward and cultivate your life worth living. I tailor my therapy sessions to each individual's needs and goals by using a client-centered and strengths-based perspective. In our sessions together, I strive to provide a non-judgmental, brave space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, present concerns, and hopes for the future.

I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and offer adjunct EMDR therapy to support you in your current therapy journey. I also offer EMDR Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™.

While EMDR is my primary therapy, I may incorporate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into our EMDR sessions.

I will be a Level 1 IFS Trained Therapist through the IFS Institute coming the end of fall 2025.

As a trained Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ practitioner, I lead patients through treatment, but I do not prescribe nor do I handle the ketamine involved in treatment. Clients who are interested in ketamine-based therapy must work with a qualified provider.

I am currently licensed in Michigan (LMSW) and Illinois (LCSW).

I also have experience guiding all-level yoga classes as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I have extensive trauma training experience, including being a Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner (CCTP).

You are the expert in you. Together, we can make your therapy journey a collaborative effort.
